CUIDADO COM CDS/DVDS/BOXES DA ALPHA MIDIA. Tive diversos problemas com a coleção definitiva do seriado Além da Imaginação (The Twilight Zone), produzido pela Alpha Midia Assessoria Fonografica Ltda e distribuído pela RGM Editora e Distribuidora de Filmes. Todos os boxes vêem com algum defeito. Um dos discos foi incluído e embalado no box com um defeito visível, riscos pretos no disco, e os outros também não podem ser lido em nenhum aparelho, travam na metade. Entrei em contato com a Alpha Mídia, não quiseram se identificar, mas me disseram que o problema é com a RGM. Porém, a RGM é uma empresa "fantasma", não possui site, telefone ou e-mail, e mudaram de endereço. Já entrei no site da Alpha Midia diversas vezes, mas não respondem meus e-mails. Uma das lojas onde comprei um box teve que fazer 4 (quatro) trocas, pois todos os boxes tinham algum defeito. O problema está com estas empresas nacionais que fabricam porcarias, vendem caro e não têm responsabilidade. Fiquei com uma coleção incompleta, pois não consegui trocar os defeituosos. A saída mesmo é comprar produtos piratas ou importados.
